Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the time you receive your order. Within that time frame your purchase is eligible for a return. * Your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. If possible, please return it in the same packaging you received it in.

*All returns will be for store credit, or exchange only - no refunds. Returns will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee for reasons NOT attributable to Spiral Arts.

Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs for any approved returns. Purchaser must insure the shipment for its full value. Store credit, or exchanges will not be processed until returned item has been received in good condition. Ship your returns to:
